Corr-Ze™ 100 + Corr-Ze™ 200 Coating Systems

Corr-Ze™ 100 and Corr-Ze™ 200 are the ultimate corrosion cures that go beyond the microscopic level to prevent corrosion and improve coating adhesion. 

 Many experts believe all contaminants can be removed through abrasive blasting or simple washing, but this is not so—residual contaminants remain on the metal substrate. These contaminants will lead to premature coating failures and metal degradation.

After washing with Corr-Ze™, the surface is salt free, MIC free, rust free, contaminate free, and embedment free because optimum adhesion is the key!

Targeting Corrosion at it's Core

1 Step Application

Removes impurities that cause corrosion and leaves behind no film or residue in conjunction with whip blasting: 

• Prevents flash rust

• UHP, vapor, slurry

• Removes strongly bonded chemical and biological contaminants

• Metabolic by-products of sulfur reducing bacteria that cause MIC 


Post Blast: 

• Pressure wash or simply rinse with Corr-Ze™ 100 solution to remove salts

Corr-Ze™ 200 is comprised of two products: Corr-Ze™ 200 and Corr-Ze™ 100.
